As each item is handmade, please allow 7 to 10 business days for us to craft your order before shipping. Every piece is made with care and attention to detail.

After dispatch, delivery times may vary depending on your country or region. Most packages arrive within 7–15 business days, but delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or other external factors.

Tracking Your Order
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your package has been shipped. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. Once shipped, we are unable to update the address.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier. Please contact your local courier in such cases.
