All of our products are handmade and made-to-order, so we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once the order has been placed. Please make sure to double-check your order details and shipping address before checking out.


Refunds only apply to the following cases:

  • Wrong item received

  • Missing item in your order

If any of these issues occur, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your package and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the packaging and items received

We will verify the issue and either issue a refund or send the missing item.


We do not offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or accidental purchases

  • Items that have been used or are not in original condition

  • Wrong item reports made after 72 hours
