Orders
Q: How long does it take to process my order?
A: Card orders usually take 5–9 days to complete packing and ship out. The more items you purchase, the longer the process may take, as all sorting and packing are done manually by hand, which can be very time-consuming.
For handmade crochet items, the processing time varies depending on the complexity of the design. Production usually starts at around 2 weeks, and more complex designs may take up to a month.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: We understand that sometimes plans change or accidental orders happen.
We accept order cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, your order will enter our packing stage, and unfortunately we will no longer be able to cancel or refund the order.
Q: I entered the wrong address. What should I do?
A: Please message us immediately through our website, or contact us via Instagram DM so we can update your address before the order is shipped.
Q: What does “Unfulfilled” mean for my order?
A: “Unfulfilled” means that your order is still in the preparation or packing stage, and we have not yet purchased the shipping label or shipped the package.

Q: What countries do you ship to?
A: Currently we ship to:
- Canada
- United States
- United Kingdom
- Australia
- Japan
- Selected European countries
If most items appear as out of stock, it may mean that we currently do not have a shipping channel available to your region.
Q: How long does shipping take?
Estimated shipping times:
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- United States: 7–14 business days
- Other countries: 10–20 business days
Please note that shipping times may vary due to customs clearance, postal delays, or peak seasons.
Q: Will my order have a tracking number?
A: Not all orders include tracking numbers.
Shipping from Canada to countries such as Europe via air mail can be very expensive, so we usually select the most affordable untracked air shipping option by default.
If you would like tracked shipping, please contact us before or after placing your order and we can arrange an upgraded shipping option.
Products
Q: Are your products official merchandise?
A: No. All items in our shop are fan-made designs and are not official merchandise.
Returns & Issues
Q: Do you accept returns or refunds?
A: We do not accept returns for personal reasons.
If a package is returned or lost due to an incorrect address, failure to pick up the package from the post office, or similar issues, we unfortunately cannot provide a refund.
Please make sure to carefully check:
- Your shipping address
- Our shipping notifications
- Any delivery notices from your local postal service
Q: My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
A: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.
We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Customs & Taxes
Q: Will my package have customs fees?
A: Most of our packages shipped to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and many European countries have not experienced customs charges.
However, some smaller European countries occasionally charge small import duties.
We recommend checking your country’s customs policies before placing an order.
Packing & Freebies
Q: Are you the TikTok account @wonycherryismine?
A: Yes! That is my TikTok account where I post K-pop photocard packing videos.
All videos are filmed and edited by me personally.
Q: Can I choose the packing style for my photocard order?
A: Yes! You can leave a note with your order and tell us your wishes.
However, please understand that sometimes we may not have the exact materials available. We will always try our best to match your request.
Q: Will my package include freebies?
A: Yes! All packages include freebies, and the more you purchase, the more freebies you may receive.
Freebies might include:
- Stickers
- Cards
- Packaging supplies
We also give extra gifts to returning customers. If you are a loyal customer who has purchased multiple times from our shop, we may even include official photocards from my personal collection (not every group is available).
Q: How can my order be selected for a packing video?
A: We randomly select orders to film packing videos.
You may leave a note with your order if you would like your package to be considered. We prioritize returning customers, while other orders are selected randomly.
Packing videos are completely free and are made purely for fun. I hope this hobby can stay enjoyable and not become a burden. Thank you for understanding.
Q: Can I pick up my order locally?
A: Yes! Most items can be picked up locally in Vancouver, Canada.
Please contact us on Instagram in advance to arrange a pickup.
Q: Is there a reward for posting an unboxing video?
A: Yes! We encourage customers to share their unboxing experience.
